This was my first time ever dealing with a criminal case and I was incredibly afraid. I was so fortunate to find Rafael De La Garza and his team. While working as an election official, an obnoxious poll watcher accused me of having assaulted him when I asked him to not move a chair. First thing I must say is what a phenomenal attorney Mr. De La Garza is! After speaking with him about my original charge, he gave me specific detail about how things could or couldn't go.
