Obair Ahmad Qudsi

Obair Qudsi is the founding attorney at Obair Qudsi, Attorney at Law PLLC. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College in management, with concentrations in finance and economics. In January 2013, he completed his J.D. and M.B.A from the University of Iowa, and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas the same year. Since then, Obair has also been admitted to practice before the federal courts of the Northern District of Texas and Eastern District of Texas.

Obair Qudsi concentrates his practice on business transactions, as well as business and commercial litigation. Obair has experience with business entity formations (LLC and Series LLC operating agreements, corporate bylaws, and limited partnership agreements, included), formation of trusts (for estate planning or other purposes), counseling clients on exemptions from registration under the Securities Act, private placements securities offering (including PPM and other documents related thereto), as well as joint venture agreements, business assets purchase-sale agreements, LLC membership interest and corporation stock purchase-sale agreements, supplier agreements, construction contractor agreements, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements and other types of contracts. He has also effectively helped clients litigate or resolve disputes relating to various subject matters, for example, landlord-tenant, property damage, intellectual property, disputes between business partners, employment, and Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) claims.
