Horrible Human being

I had the displeasure of having a conversation with this man regarding an issue I am having. He seems to lack any social cues, respect for others and comes off terribly offensive. Honestly, if he treats everyone as poorly and as disrespectful as he did me, I wonder how he has been able to maintain a...ny type of client base. Bypass this attorney and find a real one.

Rude and disrespectful

This is the worst decision you can make. He represented me but I felt like he was against me rather than helping me with my case! I feel like I would've done WAY better on my own or at least without him! He is rude and disrespectful! He made me feel like I am a bad person. Even the judge asked me ...if I still wanted this attorney to represent me! He has no knowledge and will do less than minimum. I made the biggest mistake by hiring him! I thought he was a tad bit cheaper than other lawyers - thats the only reason why I hired him but I ended up paying more in fines and court cost!!! I think the Worst decision I have made in my entire life is hiring Floyd Douglas for my case!!! He will do absolutely nothing for you! On my court date, I called him and he made me feel like he was so bothered by me. He told me he has other cases to work on. ( I don't want to hear about other peoples cases! I paid for mine not anyone else!!!)

very rude

I was told he was a real estate atty. He did not even know how to answer basic questions about my case. I found the answers on the internet. He was very rude would not listen to me. He first said i dont know i will have to research the problem. Then he suddenly says very rudely I CANT HELP YOU! When ...i called back to tell the receptionist that he was rude i found out he had discussed the case with her. What information he did give me was wrong. I was robbed of my $20.

Horrible

When you pay a lawyer you represent you, shouldn't they make an effort to help your case not make it worse? First, Mr. Floyd asked me to arrive at the court house at 8am, he arrived at 9:30. He didn’t answer his cell phone when I called or when his assistant tried to call as well. He told me what the... worse case scenario would be at his office, because he would negotiate with the judge. He didn't try to negotiate... he told me it was "the best he could get because he didn’t know he judge/magistrate." The only thing he did negotiate was a $100 fee, that was lowered to $75. By a miraculous stroke of luck, the magistrate felt pity on me and lowered my charges on her own accord and thankfully they can be dropped, no thanks to him. If you have a choice, hire someone else. He is reasonably price ($750 compared to $1200) but he will do nothing to help you win your case.
