Biography
Attorney Phillip M. Herr is a skilled family lawyer with over 15 years of legal experience. He holds an economics degree from the University of Texas at Austin. After earning his undergraduate degree, Mr. Herr enlisted in the Texas Army National Guard and completed a nine-month tour of duty in Bosnia-Herzegovina during Operation Joint Guard. After that tour of duty, Mr. Herr enrolled at South Texas College of Law and earned his J.D.
Mr. Herr is fluent in Spanish. He is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas and previously served on the Board of Directors for Denton County Bar Association and the Flower Mound Rotary Club. He has extensive courtroom experience, having handled everything from simple prove-ups to highly contested trials. He also formerly served as an associate judge.
