Kenneth John Nohavicka

My families experience with Mr. Nohavicka was less than favorable. He was unprofessional at almost every level. Months could go by with no contact or response to our phone calls. Our estate issues still unresolved since 2005 and he moved away to TX. Alway, he set appointments and not show! Proce...ed with caution.

We had a very poor experience with this lawyer - we could not get in touch with him, he did not return phone calls and did not show up to meetings and when he did he was never on time. He did not follow through on setting up a trust which cost us money instead of saving and protecting it like he sai...d he would do. The Medicaid application process was delayed for months based on his neglectful and unresponsive behavior, again costing a lot of money. The experience was a waste of time and money.
