Christopher M. McDowell

I recently had a disappointing experience with Mr. McDowell when I hired him to mediate a case. Instead of facilitating a fair and impartial discussion, Mr. McDowell seemed overly biased toward the defense. This defense-minded approach hindered productive negotiations and made it difficult to reach a... mutually agreeable solution. I expected a mediator who would remain neutral and foster open communication between both parties. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I cannot recommend Mr. McDowell's mediation services.
