When I sat down with Josh I was immediately impressed with which he gathered and processed information, began researching additional facts and formulation of strategy. He was genuine, he didn't use coined phrases and most importantly he proved to me through our conversation he saw my case through my... eyes. My problem was most important to me and it became equally important to Josh. Josh was my representative in two Criminal Cases and a Civil Case this year. Needless to say, I had a lot riding on Josh. I'm one of those guys/clients that performs his due-diligence prior to making a purchase or entering into an agreement and I also set high-expectations of others so I may not be... easiest client to deal with but Josh meet my initial criteria and surpassed my expectations! I don't envy his career as I think there are a lot of unscrupulous clients but Josh treated me and my case and everyone I ever saw him interact with in a respectful manner. He is very well liked and respected by his peers and Collin County Judiciaries/Personnel/Staff. Josh is well versed on local court practices, procedures and Law. He is compassionate, a people person, family man and down to earth. I was impressed by his candor. He is ethical and understood all the facts of my case (s). His billing is fair; not cheap but as the old basic rule of economics holds - you get what you pay for, so I'm glad I invested what I did given the outcome of my legal situation. I faced a Class B Felony Assault charge, Class A Misdemeanor and a Civil suit that involved CPS and the risk of losing custody of my children. Josh fought hard and given the facts I knew he couldn't perform a miracle but he delivered the next best thing. The Justice system isn't very kind to us if we have a history of getting in trouble, so we can't be unrealistic in our expectations....unless of course you're O.J. :) However, Josh managed to succeed in having my Misdemeanor dismissed, settled our Civil case outside of court with terms I agreed to and he negotiated what initially started out as an offer from the D.A.'s office to serve 5yrs in Prison + Felony Conviction to Deferred Adjudication + Probation!
