Dale R. Rose

Following a minor accident, I ran into some Red Tape at my Chiropractor when I tried getting adjusted. It was already late day (430ish pm) and Mr. Rose's name was referred to me and I called him immediately. I explained my situation and my view about the accident. Of course during this time, the Insurance Company attempted to "Low Ball" me on the damage to my vehicle but Mr. Rose did not allow that to happen. We traded a couple emails and I went in for my consultation, dropped off paperwork and some medical records, and waited. My five year old son, who is autistic, was diagnosed with a concussion, and I simply asked if I could get a letter of protection for the neurologist that was treating him as they d...o not take regular health insurance. He replied a short time later asking for specifics on cost of treatment, which I provided, and then a few hours later, I received a 'declination letter' washing his hands of me and my son. I emailed and left a message with his office asking what happened but have yet to hear back. We had been in contact with another law firm prior to him that dropped us as well, but at least they had the courtesy to explain why (settlement probably would have been small and they didn't want to eat into my settlement - aka, not much in it for them) and they said they would be available if I did need any guidance and have taken every call.
