Carolyn Tanck Northcutt

Carolyn Northcutt handled my divorce. Communication was lacking. Calls were not returned in a timely manner. I feel as though she did not do a thorough job on my behalf. Now that we have been divorced for some time when trying to collect my retirement I found out she filed the paper work incorrec...tly and that I was not receiving the 50% because of her inability to do her job correctly. When I contacted her to help repair the situation I was told she would get back to me. Months went by while I worried about whether I could afford to live in my old age. I finally called her and was told that she wouldn't help me because she didn't know the laws. I can respect that it wasn't her area of expertise but this was her failure to be fixed and she never got back to me or gave me a referral to fix the matter.
