If the h1b is not yet approved just withdraw the application and then she will remain in L2 status

My clipper card fails to tag. I do not bring my Id. On the ticket, there is only my student ID. Will it influence applying visa?

You will need to apply for a J waiver to waive the two year home residency requirement and file a spouse petition. Consult an attorney.
