You really should not overstay your visa but you should be fine with a few days overstay. It is hard ot say what they will tell you at Customs. ...

You cannot hold a job during that time but if oyu are marrying a US citizen you do not need to leave the US

You would be out of status. There is no grace period foran L2 holder
