You really need to hire an attorney. Visas depend on your education and work experience. You first need to find an employer willing to sponsor you.

USCIS website offers tips on filing. Bad debt does not effect citizenship. You do not need to have same address as your W2.

It means that the case is at the National visa center which gathers all the documents and when complete sends it to the consulate for an interview....
