1-94 set to expire 2/2014, E2 visa has 3 years left. Pa dl expires at the same time as I-94. Help!

You can still file the application as long as it is a good faith marriage and can provide evidence of the same.

You should not have a problem entering with your green card as you do not have to live here until it is approved.

write the date you actually arrived with an addendum explaining the error. You can also ask the customs and border protection to change the date...

Any conviction can effect you being granted a visa at the consulate. It depends on the Officer but it will unlikely effect your H1B approval.

Your wife cannot get work authorization as an H4. You can open a company but oyu cannot work for it in H1B status
