James J. Juneau

Mr. Juneau, a founding partner of the firm, has more than 40 years of professional experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of catastrophic personal injury, products liability, professional malpractice, wrongful death, aviation and complex business tort cases. He is board certified as a personal injury trial law specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and handles such cases in all counties across the State of Texas. Mr. Juneau also has more than thirty years experience serving as a professional arbitrator and mediator, and is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Large and Complex Case panel of approved arbitrators.
