This attorney is inexperienced (licensed for less than 3 years; 2025 license). But deeply conniving based on an experience where they were hired and fired for not providing any of the services they were contracted for. Working in personal injury for contingency fees is a pathway for sleazy attorne...y tactics based on case law & history of scuzzy behavior. However, it is shocking to experience the behavior especially with newly licensed attorneys. This newly licensed attorney is proficient in failing to provide legal services while expertly demanding a portion of a client's settlement fees that are grossly disproportionate to the work she provides based on my experience. This conduct is not inexperience as I initially assumed. It is concentrated effort and intent to defraud injured persons that appears to be a practice of the firm that employs her. Reasonable attorney's fees and protecting client interests through communication, solid legal advice and guidance is what any attorney should provide at any stage of their career. It is what was expected when retained. Not so with Emile, though. Refusing to litigate, advise, research or protect client interests was disregarded in the interest of securing the firm thousands of dollars in undeserved/unearned fees. Unearned/Undeserved fees would be defined as: refusing to provide basic legal services such as answering legal questions, explaining laws, clarifying legal positions, contacting insurers, verifying coverage, obtaining the maximum available settlement with the least amount of stress placed on the client, answering questions confidently/accurately, writing letters, completing due diligence... If you want to risk your rights, by all means, disregard this review, in my opinion of the attorney and her professional conduct. But this review is the post of a real client who only answered a billboard ad & was routed to Emile; & it cost her thousands of dollars, months of hassle and resulted in a case outcome that wasn't favorable to the client.
