Lacking Customer Service Skills

This CPA/Lawyer represented my business in assisting us with our taxes. Unfortunately we were disappointed to say the least. Mr. Williams charged us a few hundred dollars more than he quoted us verbally. On several occasions it took more than a week to finally get a call back from him. After doin...g this several time I'd had enough with his lack of professionalism. The last time I tried to reach him we were 11 days into it and still were not able to reach him. I would not recommend Jason Williams as his customer service and dependability is very poor from what we experienced.
