He took my money and ran off with it. He has every excuse in the book for not doing his job. He can’t keep his staff employed. During the 3 years I’ve tried to get him to do a very simple chid support adjustment… all I ever got were excuses.

Had a cut and dried case. A 60 feet dead tree fell on on the trailer where my wife and I resided. Owner of the trailer park came over and said that his insurance would cover. We were without a vehicle and stuck in the rain with no where to go. After we finally got resettled we hired Greg After waiting for a year he finally contacted us after ignoring our calls and texts for a year then he finally called us the next year He said your court date is tomorrow .Greg promised us he would get us 70thousand dollars well he sold us out or something we only received 5thousand .We were in the trailer when the dead tree fell on us hmmm that's some lawyer

I hired mr. Wilson to modify my child custody agreement. I was told it would take 2-3 days to prepare the paperwork after his receiving my payment. It took 3 months and then only after I threatened to fire him. After the paperwork was filed with the courthouse I learned that I couldn't modify due to the fact that my divorce wasn't finalized. Mr Wilson was my divorce attorney as well. I felt rushed during every office visit. He often failed to respond to emails (I was told email was his preferred method of communication), phone calls and canceled appointments. I was rarely kept informed of how my case was proceding or if it was. After I fired mr. Wilson I requested a partial refund, a itemized accounting of how my fee was spent and my case file. I was told that I was charged a flat fee and therefor would not be given a refund nor an itemized accounting of what my fee went towards. It took a week and several attempts to get my case file
