Hired him to represent my grandson. Paid him 1500 bucks to get his home address off a protective order even though the proctee had left the address. Paid him 6000 bucks to represent him in the preliminary hearing. Did not show up for the protective order, judge ordered protective order be combined wi...th divorce case. He was not hired for the divorce. The 6000 bucks paid to represent him in the preliminary resulted in being bound over for trial. Wes Cherry stood and told the Judge in Choctaw Tribal Court that he wanted released from representing my grandson was for failure to pay fees. He had been paid full for what he had been hired to do at that point. But he hounded my grandson for more and more money for what he was not hired and paid for. For me and his grandmother, well we've seen illegitimate contractors who had more integrity than this one. Beware. My honest opinion.

I was facing and charge that I didn't commit heck I wasnt even in town And I was actually in a different city talking to the county officer and going over some things and situation and anyway someone else has caused issues and anyway I got blamed for it and I didn't do what they said I did and messag...ed Mr Cherry and went over and everything that went on and what happened and told him the whole story and what I was being accused of and the month this Monday that just passed for went to court and Mr Cherry went back and was talking to him what have you came back and said well they got to plead deal and this and that and I looked at him I said but I didn't do this and he smile and he looked at me and said well let's have a hearing then and lose all getting ready to go in there and the next thing I know he came back and said that it was dismissed and I couldn't thank him enough and if there were more lawyers out there like him and that firm it it would be phenomenal because it even though I was nervous and stressed and worried not once did he make me feel like it was a losing battle and like I was fighting a lost cause and he made it stress-free and then I couldn't thank him enough or the law firm as well for everything that they've done if anybody ever needs a good lawyer that needs and goes above and beyond without any hesitation this will be the firm and he would be the one I would use every time and he's the one that I'll tell everybody hey this is who my lawyer is and and they said yeah you don't have to worry about nothing then. And like most I had little worries in the beginning but never again like I said he's a real blessing and so is that law firm I could have never asked for some one better than the way that he treated me and the way he handled everything and thank you so much and this is about as honest as I could be so And if I could I get more stars than that thank you again so much
