Our experience with Wes Cherry has been a great one. My boyfriend didn't really have a fighting chance but with Wes by his side he got a great deal. Wes has gone above and beyond to make sure he didn't miss out on Soo many years. He answered all our questions, he listened to our concerns and he showe...d actual compassion. Hired him to represent my grandson. Paid him 1500 bucks to get his home address off a protective order even though the proctee had left the address. Paid him 6000 bucks to represent him in the preliminary hearing. Did not show up for the protective order, judge ordered protective order be combined wi...th divorce case. He was not hired for the divorce. The 6000 bucks paid to represent him in the preliminary resulted in being bound over for trial. Wes Cherry stood and told the Judge in Choctaw Tribal Court that he wanted released from representing my grandson was for failure to pay fees. He had been paid full for what he had been hired to do at that point. But he hounded my grandson for more and more money for what he was not hired and paid for. For me and his grandmother, well we've seen illegitimate contractors who had more integrity than this one. Beware. My honest opinion.

A good friend & i got ourselves in a little pickle in a hog hunting incident. Mr. Cherry was called on short notice & waisted no time getting back with us & taking care of business! He did exactly what he said he would do & that's hard to find these days. I would definitely use him again or recommen...d his services to anyone in a jam. He was able to get all the charges dropped & let us go on with life. He definitely gets a 5 star review in my book.
