Do not recommend this atty. I hired gayle for a friend she was overly confident about the case implying that it would be simple straight forward case. She implied that she could easily take care of it after reviewing all the info at hand. We were confident and hired her a week later. The moment we ha...nded her the cash paid in full the next words out of her mouth were “you need to be thinking about how much prison time you’re willing to accept”. Shocked and in disbelief we didn’t no what to do. We have had 3 court dates since retaining her and on all the court dates she has said that they would arrest my friend at her court date and has been wrong every time. My friend has an ankle monitor the bondsman required when bonded out of jail Gayle is working against my friend trying to get her bond revoked over the ankle monitor. Gayle is being so terrible the bondsman actually showed up to my friends court date to tell the judge that he wants the ankle monitor removed and that Gayle is intentionally trying to get the bond revoked. The bondsman told Gayle that he is in disbelief at how she is treating her client and that her client needs a atty that is there to help her. This atty Gayle is untrustworthy. She told my friend it’s better for her if she goes back to jail because she can get a court appointed atty. which to me basically is saying hey I’m going to pocket all the money you paid me and do nothing for you. She was paid in full 100% the amount we agreed on. She is working harder to scam us out of the money then she would doing her job as a atty and helping her client. Do not hire this atty. we would love to fire her but she has been paid in full. It’s very shameful the way she treats her clients. If you want to go to prison super fast hire Gayle she will get it done for you.
