Whitney T. B. Webb was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was raised in Jenks, Oklahoma and was a Jenks Trojan Lifer. She went on to attendTulsa Community College and Oklahoma State University where she graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and a Minor in Political . Webb then attended The University of Tulsa College of Law where she completed her Juris Doctorate in 2013. She went to work as the Legal Fellow at the Boesche Legal Clinic for 2 years. There she worked directly for the Tulsa Immigrant Resource Network providing representation for clients needing the most help in the Tulsa . Webb hopes to continue that work in a private capacity serving those in Tulsa and the surrounding areas.
