He is very professional. He answers every single question I have and makes sure i understand everything going on. He has gone above and beyond what i expected. We hired Mike to help with a custody battle. He was able to get my daughter out of an abusive situation. Every other attorney we spoke with had told us it would be impossible. He is a very nice and caring person.  Though a tough case from the onset, his presentation skills were not what was required to carry the case.  I believe he could have been more assertive in the courtroom environment.  I also question his billing to some extent.   I believe he charged for more time ...than he utilized including charging to compile a final statement to insure the retainer was completely depleted.
