David Carpenter focuses his practice exclusively on Estate Planning, Probate, Wealth Preservation, Elder Law and legal issues affecting special needs clients and their families, centered primarily in Tulsa and its surrounding counties and Eastern Oklahoma, including Oklahoma City.
Mr. Carpenter's reputation in the legal community has earned him Martindale-Hubbell's "AV" PreEminent Rating, meaning that his peers have ranked him at the highest level of professional excellence and ethical standards. He is the go-to authority in his field for many Oklahoma attorneys when they encounter challenging cases. Mr. Carpenter has authored over two dozen Continuing Legal/Professional Education courses and frequently conducts seminars regarding estate planning topics.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Carpenter dedicates himself to remaining active in his state and community. Mr. Carpenter is one of only a select few who have been matched twice on the National Registry to donate bone marrow to cancer patients. For relaxation, he sings in the Tulsa Oratorio Chorus, does woodworking, and also plays the French horn professionally.
