Biography
Chris is an experienced trial attorney at Smolen Law who practices in insurance bad faith and catastrophic tort litigation. From Texas originally, Chris attended the University of Arkansas for his undergraduate degree and graduated from the University of Colorado Law School in 2018. Following law school, Chris entered private practice in a small town in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Chris joined Smolen Law in 2023, where he found a true passion for holding insurance companies accountable for exploiting their customers and fighting for clients who have sustained life-altering injuries or who have lost a loved one because of the negligence of others.
