Kristin Straily is an OUTSTANDING attorney! She assisted me with the process of trying to help my mother get on social security disability. Also she helped my family with setting up a trust to protect her benefits and allow her to have what her parents left her. This lady went above and beyond. She e...ven contacted us on nights and weekends if we had urgent questions. She was supposed to see is for a 1 hour consultation. We took almost 2 hours she made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered and addressed quickly and confidently. She just made the whole legal process for all of this less scary. She handled all of the paper work and set everything up and just told us where to sign the forms. She made sure that we knew how my mothers benefits and inheritance were protected together through the trust she helped us establish. Everything was done with outstanding speed professional and courteous service. She definitely makes sure all of the fine details are perfect and complete. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a social security, wills and trust , or family law attorney. Also, I spoke with her about bankruptcy, although this was not her specialty, she knew just the right people to refer me to, and they were a major success too!! Just as she said they would be. Kristen Straily is young, she has been out off school just a few years. So I was pleasantly surprised (ecstatic) that After 4 lawyers and 3 years( 2 of which were highly experienced attorneys) fighting in my case that within 4-5 months this Lady Lawyer was able to turn things around where they should... have been a long time ago. Kristen has gotten things done that I had almost given hope of ever getting done. She's extremely intelligent, funny, and has NO FEAR when it comes to fighting for her clients rights. She works very hard and doesn't stop until her mission is complete. Example is I sat in her office for several hours one day while she was working on a motion. It got late so she came back in early the next morning to work another 4 hours on this motion. Later that day we went to court and she WON! Kristen one of the few that I have personally seen do all of this while keeping Legal ethics in tact.
