For over ten years, he served as an adjunct at Oral Roberts University’s Graduate School of Business where he wrote and taught its course on Legal Issues for Nonprofit Organizations. He also assisted in drafting Oklahoma’s Charitable Solicitations Act.
Dan was born in San José, Costa Rica and holds dual U.S. and Costa Rican citizenship. He resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with his wife of 32 years and four children.
