also known as S. Gale Graham Allison
Gale Allison holds three certificates in mediation. She mediates family challenges involving inheritance, trust, probate, estate planning, elder and adult care, and divorce. She also settles business disputes specifically including business succession and buy/sell agreements. She is enthusiastic about helping lawyers and their clients resolve disputes by generating creative options to live in peace. Such options may include tax and trust solutions.
Ms. Allison is also available as an expert witness. She has four decades of experience as an estate and tax lawyer and estate and trust litigator. She offers her expertise to analyze trust and estate issues and testify in disputes as necessary.
A former Assistant General Counsel for Litigation for HEW (now the federal Health and Human Services Administration) and Estate and Gift Tax Attorney for the IRS, she then entered private practice of law. In addition, she served as an Adjunct Professor of estate tax law (Northeastern State University) and jurisprudence (University of Tennessee). She was a partner in a law firm in Tennessee before moving to Oklahoma where she founded her own boutique estate firm in 1996. In 2017, she merged her firm with Schaffer Herring, PLLC where she practiced as a Director and Attorney. At that time, she also merged her mediation practice with Dispute Resolution Consultants (DRC). Now a retired lawyer, she mediates exclusively through DRC.
Ms. Allison participates in community and charitable endeavors and volunteers for veterans causes. She currently serves on Mariner Wealth Advisors' Women Helping Women, the Advisory Board of Purview (life care management) and is a volunteer for Be My Eyes for people with visual difficulties. An author with articles and interviews in professional journals and other magazines, she speaks nationwide on her topics of expertise for professional continuing education, business groups, charities, and for education of the general public

We called Ms. Allison for a consult. She quickly responded. She was helpful, direct, and polite. Most importantly, we appreciated her obviously vast knowledge and her honesty. Discussion was clearly defined and easy to understand for those of us not in the legal field. She is a rarity.

Gale Allison dedicates her practice to trusts, wills, estate planning, prenuptial agreements, and litigation involving those same subjects. The more complex the issue, the more I would urge clients to retain her as their counsel. Cynthia K. Garrett, Tulsa, OK
