Biography
Dustin J. Allen was born and raised in northeastern Oklahoma. The son of a United States Navy veteran and self made business man, hard work and service to others were core values instilled in him at a young age. As a graduate of Bishop Kelley High School in Tulsa, The University of Oklahoma in Norman and Hofstra University School of Law in New York, education was also paramount to Mr. Allen.
Dustin returned home to the Tulsa area after law school and soon thereafter accepted a position as an Assistant District Attorney for Tulsa County. Mr. Allen then went on to serve as an Assistant Public Defender for Tulsa County for three years. After that, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in District 27, which covers four counties in northeastern Oklahoma.
Having served as a successful attorney on both sides of the aisle and in multiple jurisdictions within the State of Oklahoma as well, Mr. Allen is uniquely qualified to represent his clients with the knowledge, education, abilities and experience that very few practicing attorneys possess.
