Bruce Edward Roach Jr.

Mr. Roach is a shareholder of Barrow & Grimm, P.C., who practices in the areas of commercial transactions, business formation, business transactions, and commercial litigation. His clients range from individuals seeking to set up new start-up businesses to established companies that conduct business throughout the United States and internationally.

Mr. Roach received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Political Science from Texas Christian University and his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, Tulsa County Bar Association and is a Fellow of the Oklahoma Bar Foundation. He has served on various committees for the Tulsa County Bar Association and the Tulsa County Bar Foundation (“TCBF”). In 2009, he chaired the TCBF’s annual charity golf tournament benefiting the Disabled American Veterans, Blue Star Mothers and TCBF Outreach programs.

Mr. Roach’s skill and expertise have been acknowledged by several national organizations serving the legal profession that include Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent rating; Best Lawyers for commercial litigation, 2019; and Oklahoma Super Lawyer’s ®Rising Star, 2008-2010. When he is not practicing law, Mr. Roach enjoys coaching his son’s sports teams, attending and participating in various philanthropic events and serving as a mentor for Tulsa Street School.
