I have over five years of complex civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts at the district and appellate levels.  I founded Martuch Law in 2021 and devote most of my practice to representing individuals, families, and businesses that have suffered wrongs by another in personal injury, breach of contract, and health insurance cases. I have represented clients against some of the biggest insurance companies in the U.S., including Blue Cross, Aetna, and UnitedHealth. I also represent small businesses both new and well-established.

I grew up in Saginaw, Michigan. I received my undergraduate degree in Political Science and  Legal Philosophy at Saginaw Valley State University. I moved to  Oklahoma in 2016 to attend the University of Tulsa College of Law. I earned my J.D. and graduated with honors in 2019, and joined the Oklahoma Bar soon afterward. I was a law clerk at Logan & Lowry, LLP during law school and became an associate attorney after passing the Bar.

The Best!
She is an amazing attorney! She goes above and beyond in every way. Always responds quickly and doesn’t mind taking her time to give you the best advice about the situation. Extremely professional and great at explaining the process and how everything works. It’s nice to have an attorney with a heart. I would highly recommend, and I would definitely owe hire her again.

5/5
To say the least, Allison exceeds expectations. Whenever i was in need of her services, she did an excellent job in every step of the process and truly made it easy for me. By the end of each interaction we had, she made sure i was fully informed and fully aware of what was going on. She consistently ensured I was comfortable, as I had difficulty with my anxiety. There was never a time I was confused or felt like I went unheard. I would recommend Allison Martuch to anyone in search of a driven, attentive and thoughtful attorney with your best interest in mind.

An attorney that actually cares
Allison has been the best attorney I’ve dealt with. She’s my attorney in my business lawsuit. She is always on top of everything and is great with communicating everything that is going on throughout the process. 10/10 recommended.

Unfair prices, no call back, unsympathetic
This lawyer wanted to charge a very high sum to write a very simple letter that I had already done the research on. She was not very interested in helping. Seemed to be mostly focused on the money. And then she didn’t return for further discussion. Not impressed. It’s ridiculous that anyone has to pay such an outrageous fee to someone who seems to care less, just to get a doctor, of all people, to follow the law and provide patient records. You know who I am. Shame on you for your lack of understanding and ignorance. Enjoy your greed!

I’m sorry you had a bad experience, especially because you believe I was unsympathetic. We identified your goals. I thoroughly explained your legal options and suggested low income resources to meet your needs. I put a lot of effort into offering the most competitive pricing possible for comparable services in Tulsa. I made every effort to provide you with a good experience and regret it was unsuccessful. I wish you luck.
