OUTCOME: Aquitted (Not Guilty Verdict) at Jury Trial

Client was accused on Rape 1st Degree. The law enforcement investigation was dodgy but the accuser was compelling. The District Attorney wanted client to go to prison and register as a sex offender for ... life. This case is still very dear to my heart, the client and I became friends during the pendency of this case. Client had friends and family supporting him as we navigated the jury trial. After a week of testimony, the jury found client NOT GUILTY and he walked out of the courthouse a free and innocent man!
