Amy is a lifelong Oklahoma resident, and received both her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa.
Amy joined the noted Tulsa firm of Fry & Elder in 2017 before leaving to form a new firm at Law Office of Aaron Bundy. Amy works chiefly as a trial lawyer, focusing on family law with an emphasis in child support collection and defense and parentage/paternity matters. Her practice is currently focused on appeals at all levels and anywhere in the State of Oklahoma.
Amy spent seventeen years working for the Child Support division of OKDHS, working to establish, enforce, and modify child support. Amy also has experience in parentage/paternity matters, particularly those involving same-sex couples who wish to establish or enforce their parental rights.
Amy approaches her cases in a spirit of teamwork with her clients, spending time to develop a plan that works for the unique facts of each case and the client's goals in litigation.

Amy has taken such care to our case and kills it in court. She is always two steps ahead of the other side and prepares for trial in great detail. With her background at DHS she knows the system with child support as well, which proved to be helpful for us.
"Amy is always prepared in the Courtroom and does an excellent job representing her clients. She's an expert in her practice areas and works to get the best results possible for her clients on every case."
"Amy is one of the most honest, smartest, and most diligent attorneys in Tulsa. She is well known and well respected among her peers. I recommend Amy for any type of family law matter."
"Amy is an excellent lawyer that fights hard for her clients. She brings a vast wealth of knowledge to her cases from her experience leading the DHS Appeals division. I highly recommend Amy."
