I am a 5th generation Oklahoma lawyer from small town Holdenville, Oklahoma. I love what I do because sometimes bad things happen to good people, and I'm passionate about defending those good people when those bad things happen. I have years of experience and a lot of favorable cases to prove it (and if you're really interested, you can read about all that on my website), but I don't want to waste anyones time by writing out my resume. Second DUI Deferred sentence
This was my second DUI in under 10 years which was a possible felony. Zach was very helpful throughout the whole process. Zach was able to reduce it to a misdemeanor and got me a deferred sentence. He even won my drivers license case. I will be able to clear this from my record in the near future.

Felt Taken Care of

DUI Case
Zach Smith was my lawyer on a DUI case. I was not convicted of DUI (got a deferred sentence) and He won my drivers license hearing so I was able to keep my license and avoid a breathalyzer. Good job.

Incredibly Grateful to Mr Smith
I was arrested for my second DUI in 10 years which I was told would be a felony. Mr Smith was able to reduce it to a misdemeanor and managed to get me a deferred sentence. Painless!
Zach Smith was awesome. I got charged with an APC, I got to keep my drivers license and only have to pay fines. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the scary process a lot easier. I would highly recommend him!
