Lauren Nicole Portilloz

Lauren was born and raised in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Establishing her law firm in Sand Springs was the natural decision. Lauren graduated cum laude from Oral Roberts University with a Bachelors in Nursing. She went on to work in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Lauren's dream had always been to become an attorney and decided to apply to law school. Lauren graduated in just 2 1/2 years from the University of Tulsa College of Law in May 2017. While attending law school, she worked at Smolen, Smolen & Roytman/Smolen Law as a legal assistant and stayed on after becoming an attorney, practicing medical malpractice and personal injury. While practicing, Lauren gained experience in family law, tax law, estate planning, business law, and criminal law. Lauren decided to open her own firm in her hometown. Lauren practices a variety of cases and her unique background as a registered nurse, gives her a decided advantage in understanding the complexities of the medical industry.

When she is not helping her clients, Lauren enjoys spending time with her dogs Gemma and Cooley and traveling with her family, Rick, Camie and Justin Portilloz.
