Do not waste your time or your money on this attorney. First, he lives in a low income apartment that he doubles as his office because he can't afford to pay rent for an office anymore. Second, he is extremely lazy and emotional. If the works becomes too difficult or challenging he loses interest and... pushes it to the side. He will not fight for you. He literally sided with my ex husband the majority of the divorce that he grossly over-charged me for. When I asked him to push harder for me he got angry and billed me another $500 and did NOTHING. This man should be a paralegal, not an attorney. His paralegals are more competent than he is. A terrible and costly experience overall. Save yourself a lot of frustration and overlook Mark Heidenreiter as an option for any of your legal needs.
