This attorney took a my husbands civil rights violation and medical malpractice which led to his death. She strung it along. Told us to take a settlement on one of the defendants which we did not want to accept, by saying this isn’t the main defendant responsible. This is small because they aren’t as... responsible. Then I don’t hardly hear from her for years. No check ins on progress. Rarely a call back. Then out of the blue and with no warning she quits. One month before trail. I couldn’t get another attorney as they would all review the case and say that she had messed up the case so badly that they couldn’t fix it. Meanwhile, my only child. My son. Who desperately wanted to see the defendant be responsible for his fathers death...... died. He never saw justice. He was so upset at what CARLA STINNETT had done to us. Now I am left with nothing and the defendant is now coming after me through the courts for court cost etc. This attorney should be disbarred.
