Lisa Raynae Howard

Attorney Lisa R. Howard practices in the areas of adoption, guardianship, Foster Care, and other special issues surrounding Indian Children within these cases. She grew up in the Oklahoma City metro area and graduated from the University of Oklahoma, Summa Cum Laude. She went on to earn her law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, with Honors. While in law school, she was a member of the American Indian Law Review and Phi Delta Phi. Other notable Phi Delta Phi members include the late Chief Justice Rehnquist and President Theodore Roosevelt.

While still in law school, Attorney Howard was one of three law students chosen from across the nation to earn an internship in the United States Department of Justice. Attorney Howard has over fifteen years of experience in adoption, guardianship, and family law.  Since becoming a mother, she has focused her practice on adoption, family, and guardianship and has been involved in the successful finalization of numerous adoptions. Lisa is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, multiple tribal court bar associations, and is admitted to practice in the Federal Western District Court of Oklahoma.
