As a foster parent struggling to understand policies and procedures and having so many unanswered questions, I reached out to Mrs. Howard just to see if she could help me understand some things and maybe guide us a little. Lisa helped me get the process completed with getting my CDIB card and enrolling in my tribe. This was a long and hard thing to do with my situation and what the tribe kept needing. She walked me through every step and made sure I understood what was going on. After multiple court orders, phone calls... and emails we were finally able to get it completed. I will be using Lisa again for any further needs in her area and I recommend everyone else do the same!
