Ms. Howard was very helpful and easy to work with. She walked us through the whole process, answered all of our questions, even gave us her personal cell phone number to call her directly. We had a very difficult adoption case that got very ugly, and she was extremely well prepared and did an EXCELLE...NT job. She got all of our paperwork to us very quickly. When we met Lisa we were on a bad run of first consults. Lisa made it clear that our daughter becoming my legal daughter was her top priority.
