Alexander Louis Bednar

I completely agree with the other rating. Mr. Bednar does not return phone calls, files pleadings after the due state (stating that "anything is appealable"), refuses to send out bills to clients but tells them they owe him money (no accountability), does not show up for court hearings and blames hi...s staff for his irresponsible behavior. Definately not a person who would represent your interests. Caused an individual to loose custody of a child by not showing up in court and not advising the client of all necessary dates and responsibilities.

I had this attorney for a short time. He would confront the judge, gave me advice that was apparently illegal and made me look bad in court, and the impression his whining gave made it impossible to win my case... Then I realized what an embarrassment this guy really was. I found out he was disbarred... for a year and got a doctor to diagnose him with ADHD as an excuse. I'm happy to say it wasn't accepted.
