Before starting the Cincotta Law Office, PLLC, he worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Oklahoma County and then as the General Counsel for the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Few attorneys possess his background and extensive experience in the area of criminal justice. David has focused a significant amount of his practice to Estate Planning and Probate.
