Justin Lowe was born and raised in Mustang, Oklahoma. He has been a lifelong resident of this great state. He attended Oklahoma City University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 1995. He then received his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City School of Law in 2000. He was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2001.
