Jack and Terri are who you want fighting for you!Terri is the backbone to Jack's practice, she handles everythingwith professionalism! You hear people say they have a lawyer and felt as if they're lurch but that is the furthest from the case with these two. Terri answers emails/ calls and gets back t...o you promptly and communicates with Jack. Jack might not be the one on the phone but with Terri you still feel well taken care of. When I met Jack he made me feel comfortable, well versed and very personable. They have been helping me since 2020 and have never rushed this and helped every step of the way with any concern.

When I met Jack Stipe I was frustrated and I didn't know what to expect. Jack and Terry eased my frustrations right off the bat. Along the way in this process I was given every bit of access to them, they answered all of my questions good and bad. They treated me and my wife with respect and dignit...y. No matter what form of communication platform I used to make contact them Terry would respond very quick and if she couldn't then someone else would. I was never left in the dark about anything. If I ever have to go through this ordeal again you can bet I will call them.
