Yes you certainly need counsel. Its just a misdemeanor but you don't want it on your record.

Guardianships are granted based on necessity or convenience. Guardianships are a lot of paperwork and complicated. I strongly recommend counsel.

It's possible but very hard to accomplish. Contact an attorney who is willing to sue the government. Very few attorneys will do it.

Sometimes it takes a while to be put on the system. If he's charged, there will be a case number.

You should have sought counsel and not just paid the ticket. Consult an attorney to try to set it aside and get a better deal.

Yes it's legal in Oklahoma. You need to check with the State where you made the phone call to. It can be used in court subject to the hearsay rule.

You need to file a Motion to Modify and probably an emergency application. It's a detailed process. Hire counsel.!
