TOP NOTCH

I went to two other attorneys previously and they were not helpful nor successful in obtaining my divorce. I feel so blessed to have found Mr. Caddell, a very professional and fast track attorney who got my divorce settled including court action to my satisfaction in less than two weeks. He is prom...pt, courteous, intelligent and wastes no time in doing what he says he is going to do. I HIGHLY recommend him to represent you!

EXCELLENT ATTORNEY!!!

I looked high and low for an attorney that would represent me. I was in a bind and needed one fast, helpful, understanding and one that would call me back in a timely manner. He never failed me. My case was a complicated one and other attorneys wanted almost double what he charged me and in the end, ...I won! I have since referred him to co-workers and family and they’ve all been happy as well. I’ll never use another. Great job Mr. Caddell!

Outstanding!

Bryan did outstanding work on my case. I was relieved to see how knowledgeable, prompt and empathetic he was with me during this serious life change process. It was incredible the amount of stress he took off my shoulders by managing all the details of child custody issues and financial settlement p...rocesses. I have and will continue to recommend him my friends and family.

Awesome Lawyer

Bryan Caddell is an awesome lawyer. He communicated with me well by always returning my phone calls. He was a bulldog with my ex's lawyer and he was a bulldog in the courtroom. His retainer was very reasonable and he worked with me both emotionally and financially.

Pay a little extra for a good attorney!

Do NOT waste your money on this man! He is in for an easy paycheck. He is all in as long as he doesn't have to put any effort into your case. He represented me for my divorce on Oct 5th and since my ex and I were not able to come to an agreement so he Bryan advised that we would have set it for trial... which would be in about 3 months. Today is Dec 6th and I have had no follow up from him except for an email asking for the additional $200.00 that I owed him. When I called him today to see when the trial was scheduled for he acted like this was the first he had heard of us taking the case to trial but said he would get it scheduled today but would be in about 3 or 4 months from now. When I told him that I feel like he hasn't even been working on the case he said ma'am I didn't know we were going to trial. Um, ok common sense.....if you don't come to an agreement at your court date you just leave it be? Seriously I hope this review saves you money....pay a little extra and get a good attorney. You get what you pay for.

What this lady conveniently forgets to state herein is that her case was not set for trial because she had not paid her retainer in full as she promised via contract. She even admits herein that she hadn’t paid her retainer in full and simply wanted me to continue to represent her for free in a case that will require a time consuming trial. This client is deceitful and did not state the truth whatsoever.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
