Bryon Will

Attorney Bryon J. Will is an Oklahoma native, and is the founding lawyer at The Law Office of Byron J. Will, P.L.L.C. Mr. Will received his Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Oklahoma State University. After this, he worked as a sales representative for an animal health supply company, and then in the Commercial Agricultural Lending Department at the Bank of Oklahoma. This experience gave him insight into how the commercial agricultural loan system works, which allows him to efficiently help clients who need agricultural law assistance. In addition, he learned how to draft security agreements and promissory notes, which he continues to do when assisting clients with certain real estate matters. While working at the Bank of Oklahoma, Attorney Will earned his Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Central Oklahoma. From there, he attended Oklahoma City University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. While attending Oklahoma City University, Attorney Will obtained his Oklahoma Legal Intern’s License and worked for the Oklahoma District Attorney’s Office. In addition, he also worked with Haupt Brooks Vandruff Cloar on commercial and consumer bankruptcy cases.

Attorney Will is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Foundation, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Noble County Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
