Linda H. McGuire

Linda McGuire is a personal injury lawyer serving Oklahoma City, OK and the surrounding areas. She grew up in Tulsa, OK. After receiving her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 1990, she has been dedicated to practice law for the people in Oklahoma. 

Linda started her legal career as a family lawyer and then moved into the criminal law field. She worked at the General Appeals Division of the Appellate Public Defender's Office as a Public Defender, where she handled more than 30 appeals annually for indigent criminal defendants. She also worked at the Orders Division of the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals in 1996. Then in 1998, Linda McGuire served as a Staff Attorney for the Honorable Charles Johnson of the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals. She routinely handled felony cases, including capital murder and capital post-conviction. 

In 2007, Linda joined a securities litigation firm in order to expand her legal practice. Then in 2008, she joined an Oklahoma oil and gas company as a General Counsel, where she handled all types of legal matters. 

Linda McGuire joined her husband Kent McGuire at the McGuire Law Firm in 2015. Linda has been practicing personal injury law ever since and has handled complex personal injury matters including car accidents, pedestrian accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, slip and fall injuries, wrongful death claims, medical malpractice, and more. She uses her 30 years of legal experience to the advantage of her clients.
