Daniel James Card

Dan began his career with a large firm in Oklahoma City where he learned the ropes of being an effective litigation and trial lawyer. He litigated automobile accidents, medical malpractice claims, civil rights claims, employment matters, and business disputes. Prior to opening Card Law LLC, Dan worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of Oklahoma. In that position, he exclusively represented the United States government, its agencies, and its employees in federal court in matters relating to federal law. Dan also has utilized his skills as an excellent writer and oral advocate in the state and federal appellate courts. He has written countless winning briefs on behalf of his clients and has successfully argued before the federal Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals multiple times.

Dan graduated cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2010 where he excelled in trial and appellate advocacy competitions. Originally from Ardmore, Oklahoma, Dan earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma. When not practicing law, Dan's life revolves around his two young children and his passion for music.
