Biography
He served as Oklahoma’s first and only delegate to the National College of DUI Defense (NCDD) which is the premier national organization of elite DUI defense lawyers. He also the first sustaining member of the NCDD. He is certified as a Field Sobriety Test Instructor and Test Examiner. He holds a certification on all Oklahoma Intoxilyzer machines. Mr. Hosty is a member of the Oklahoma and Oklahoma County Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Associations. He has presented Continuing Legal Education seminars across Oklahoma and is a sought after expert in the areas of traffic law, municipal cases, and DUI/DWI/APC cases.
