Kyle S. Chapman

Kyle Chapman is a criminal defense and estate planning attorney based in Norman, Oklahoma. A combat veteran and experienced advocate, Kyle represents individuals facing misdemeanor and felony criminal charges throughout Oklahoma. He approaches criminal defense with a focus on preparation, attention to detail, and protecting his clients’ rights at every stage of the case.

Kyle’s criminal defense practice includes DUI, drug possession and trafficking charges, assault and battery, domestic violence, theft, and other misdemeanor and felony offenses. He understands that a criminal charge can have serious consequences for a client’s freedom, career, reputation, and family. Kyle works closely with each client to evaluate the evidence, identify potential weaknesses in the prosecution’s case, and develop a defense strategy tailored to the circumstances.

Kyle also maintains an estate planning practice, assisting clients with wills, trusts, asset protection, and comprehensive estate plans. He is involved with the Oklahoma City Estate Planning Council, the Cleveland County Bar Association, and the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Estate Planning Section.

Before becoming an attorney, Kyle served seven years on active duty in the United States Army, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan, and he continues to serve in the Oklahoma Army National Guard. After leaving active duty, he attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
